How do we get started?
Sign up, verify your email and start in the sandbox. Add your business details and try payouts with test funds - no real money moves. When you're ready to go live, complete business verification, confirm your commercial terms and fund your Cleff Account. Prefer a walkthrough? Book a demo.
Does Cleff calculate commissions or track referrals?
Your affiliate system handles attribution, commission rates and calculations. Cleff pays the amounts your business provides and approves. Keep the tools you use to measure performance; connect the payout process through the API or dashboard.
Can we connect our existing affiliate software?
Use the API to create payouts from your systems and webhooks to receive payout updates. Your developers build that connection; a native connector is not required or implied. The dashboard also works on its own.
Can we pay multiple affiliates without an integration?
Yes. Upload a CSV of payouts in the dashboard instead of creating each one separately. Review the resulting payouts and approve them before funds move. Creating multiple payouts does not bypass approval.
How do affiliates submit their payout details?
Invite them individually or in bulk from the dashboard. They enter their details through a Cleff-hosted link carrying your brand, without a Cleff login. Complete your recipient checks before creating their payouts.
How quickly can people get paid?
Eligible US bank accounts and US debit cards can receive instant payouts once those methods are enabled for your business. Other methods follow their own timelines. International delivery depends on the destination and payout method.
Can affiliates track their payouts?
Yes. Affiliates and your team can follow payout status. Your team sees it in the dashboard, and the API and webhooks can bring payout updates into your own system. Any reported failure details help your team follow up.
Who handles identity checks and tax forms?
Your business handles recipient identity checks and tax forms. Cleff verifies your business and records your confirmation that you have independently checked each recipient. Collecting payout details does not replace those checks.
How is pricing structured?
Sandbox testing is free. Live payout pricing is per payout, not per recipient, with commercial terms based on your volume. We confirm the applicable fees before you go live.
